Welcome breakfast with Caffè Vergnano, cappuccino with milk from local farms, thè or herbal infusions together with home made cakes and pastries
09:45 am - 10:15 am
A walk around Braja’s vegetable garden to discover the seasonal vegetables that we grow but also to pick some of the ingredients for the Cooking Class.
10:15 am - 12:15 pm
A class that is all hands on. You will make two shapes of pasta: ravioli and then the very traditional Piedmontese tajarin. An amusing and educational experience in name of tradition.
12:15 pm - 2:15 pm
A "farm - to - table" experience based on our vegetables, local farm products and artisanal cheese.
Two appetizers, First course, Cheese Tasting with our honey and fruit compotes
Homemade Sorbet / Gelato - Dessert - Petit Pastries
Water, Coffee and two glasses of wine per person
